| APIS
and TIRS working together to create APIS800 |
The
Asset Protection Information System version 800 is linking up with
TIRS the Telephone Incident Reporting System to bring you a breakthrough
in Incident Reporting unmatched by any loss prevention data management
system. Report incidents by phone and answer a series of questions
via IVR - interactive voice response. Callers also leave a brief
voice message. Based on the type of incident and the geographic
location of the incident, a pre-determined call list is utilized
to automatically call a work, home or cell phone of any number of
people to alert them to the incident. All details of the call are
relayed including playback of the voice message. In addition, an
email alert is also sent with the voice message attached as a .wav
file. And if that was not cool enough - how about this? The details
are also forwarded into APIS to provide a documented incident report
and the .wav file is attached to the incident as an evidence file.
Incidents can then be assigned for follow up and elevated to Investigation
status or Case status through resolution. Sound
too good to be true? It’s not! Click
here for more information on APIS800 or Contact
us today for more details!

APIS
and Wackenhut have formed a strategic alliance and integrated the
Wackenhut Safe-2-Say hotline with the APIS data management system.
The result is comprehensive data management of your hotline calls
and follow up action. Incidents reported in to the Safe-2-Say hotline
are forwarded into the APIS system as hotline incidents and assigned
to a particular user or user group for follow up. Records may then
be isolated or elevated as an Investigation or, pending final disposition,
handled as a case record. APIS and Safe-2-Say offer you a complete
solution for your hotline information and provide the critical tools
to meet ethics and compliance requirements. And if you need ethics
and code of conduct training, check out the new Ethics and Compliance
training program available from Wackenhut and Learn it Solutions.
